ELUMATEC CORNER CRIMPER
ELUMATEC EP 124 CORNER CRIMPER.
A machinery designed for an efficient pressing of aluminum profiles with large dimensions. It is easy to adjust and operate and has short changeover times thanks to a simple blade-changing system.
Due to large-volume bellows cylinders this machine provides extremely high pressing force. It allows pressing of frames with an inner dimension starting at 150 mm with retractable, hydro-pneumatically controlled counter bearing.

A compact machine with remarkable capacity to work. This machine is characterized by vacuum beds to work sheets of aluminum, composite, HPL, wood, etc. It contains a 3-axis CNC vertical machining center with superior machining capability in Y (1600 mm), X(3200mm) and Z(100 mm).
It features a clamping system made up of vacuum tables that allow panels and plates to be held by vacuum; this solution is useful to obtain an extremely efficient machining of thin components that could hardly be fixed by means of a traditional clamping system.

The semi-automatic Jorns bending and cutting machine configured in lengths of 6 meters and with a bending capacity for aluminum sheet up to 3 mm. It offers a great deal of freedom – and not only when it comes to the clamping tool.
The use of this technology and the stop fingers that can be moved freely on the sides guarantee maximum precision and flexibility to bend aluminum sheets.

CNC MILLING MACHINE.
The economical alternative for high volume machining. All movement is done by the workpiece. All required process tools are arranged inside the machining area at a fixed position. All workpieces are melted on a moving fixture and can therefore translate in 3-axes.
Spindle and tool form a functional unit. Each tool has its own specific, optimized spindle size and drive by using multi spindle heads or turrets. The worktable with clamped workpiece(s) moves from tool to tool; shortest chip-to-chip times.
